    Delivery Locations

    We currently ship within the United Kingdom and Europe.
    Delivery is available to selected European countries only. Available destinations will be displayed at checkout.
    We do not currently ship outside the UK and Europe.

    Processing Times

    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Processing times may vary during busy periods or where additional verification is required.

    Delivery Times

    Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International delivery times will vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier services.
    We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.

    Delivery Charges

    Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed and will vary based on destination and delivery method.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    For deliveries within Europe, you may be responsible for local customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges depending on your country. These charges are not included in our prices unless stated otherwise and are the responsibility of the recipient.
    We are unable to advise on or control these charges and recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

    Risk and Title

    Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery where required.
     

    2. Returns

    Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in limited circumstances.
    Returns may be accepted if: – The item received is faulty or damaged on arrival – The incorrect item was supplied
    We do not accept returns for: – Change of mind – Incorrect ordering by the customer – Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with
    To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number and details of the issue.
     

    3. Faulty or Damaged Items

    If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from delivery.
    Where appropriate, we may request photographic evidence to assess the issue.
    If a fault or damage is confirmed, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion: – Replacement of the item – Refund of the purchase price
     

    4. Refunds

    Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
    Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days once approved. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
    Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
     

    5. Cancellations

    Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
    If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
     

    6. Consumer Rights

    Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
